The Buzon Wind Uplift Solution
Buzon’s Wind Uplift System integrates with the E-BRS Easy Rail Aluminum Joist System to lock pavers securely in place. Contractors can kerf cut pavers onsite, insert lock plates and tabs, and use invisible lock washers to hold everything down, with the ability to unlock pavers later if needed.
How It Works
Kerf Cut Pavers Onsite by Contractor
Contractors cut a small groove into the edge of porcelain pavers using a grinder and jig.
Insert Lock Plate + Tabs into Rail System
A stainless-steel lock plate attaches to the joist, and tabs slide into the rail system.
Secure with U-Lock-Washer in Place
Invisible toothed lock washers (½” or ¾”) are screwed into place to hold the pavers down.
Provide Easy Maintenance Access
Washers can be rotated with a thin flat-blade screwdriver to release an individual paver.

- Tile Specifications: Groove dimensions and minimum tile thickness of 20 mm.
